I thought I would let everyone know how I have been doing on The Chemical Diet. I wrote an article about it sometime ago here on Blogger, so if you haven't read it then head on over there to read it now.
So, I have been doing The Chemical Diet on and off every little while and so far I think it's the best diet anyone can do. When you stick to the food plan for seven days, you can expect to lose up to one stone and I am not kidding. I did not stick to the food plan all the time, but I still lost weight. Some days I did not eat grapefruit, which is one of the foods that you are supposed to eat on most days.

It's easy once you get into it. The best part is if you stick to it on the second week, then adding other foods to it for the next 3 weeks after that is a good way of doing a really good healthy diet.
Also, you can do the same days over and over again. I found doing days 4, 5 and 7 more than once. Day 4 consists of eating 1 dry wholemeal toast for breakfast and for lunch eat as much fruit as you can manage, and dinner consists of 2 hard boiled eggs with salad. Day 5 is the same for breakfast and for lunch, but for dinner it's fresh fish with salad. On day 7, you have 2 scrambled eggs for breakfast and for lunch it's 2 poached eggs with spinach; dinner it's grilled steak with salad. Salad usually consists of tomatoes, cucumber, celery, lettuce and only a bit of pepper if needed.
