I have now tried it a number of times. It's one of those diets that can come in handy if you need to lose a few pounds before a last minute event that you are going to attend or even if you have booked a last minute holiday deal. If you are desperate to lose a stone in a short amount of time, then the Chemical Diet is the ideal way to do it.

Cutting Back on Carbs for Diabetes or Just for Weight Loss



Have you got Diabetes type 2? Have you ever thought of cutting back on carbs either to manage your Diabetes or for a healthy weight loss regime?

I have found a way to use the Chemical Diet's food plan differently and to my liking, because I don't want to eat all of the foods listed on the plan. So, I have devised my own way doing it by still sticking to the Chemical Diet, but using it in a different way.

Losing One Stone on the Chemical Diet - Have You Tried It?


I thought I would let everyone know how I have been doing on The Chemical Diet. I wrote an article about it sometime ago here on Blogger, so if you haven't read it then head on over there to read it now.

So, I have been doing The Chemical Diet on and off every little while and so far I think it's the best diet anyone can do. When you stick to the food plan for seven days, you can expect to lose up to one stone and I am not kidding. I did not stick to the food plan all the time, but I still lost weight. Some days I did not eat grapefruit, which is one of the foods that you are supposed to eat on most days.
